ToS Regionals ver. Sisko mk II |
Introduction |
After placing solid but not at the top at the IL regional, I decided to go back to the bread and butter TOS deck that I have ran alot in the past. |
|
Round 1 | | Joel Skon | FW (+70)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
Joel was going with a TOS Bio Med style solver with a good deal of NA people to go along with the standard bunches of ToS people. I figured when I saw the microscopic dilemma pile that I would be able to make something happen if I played a bit more cautiously than normal. Another big help was Joel happened to kill just about every Int > 6 person around for the clown which cut his kills in half. |
This was a great game, Casey is a solid player. I got pretty unlucky this game and made a huge mistake when I didn't destroy his security drills with decker. I also didn't draw ether of my uninviteds during this game with would helped a ton. Also I happened to randomly pick pretty much all of his >6 people so clown didn't do as much as it could. |

Round 2 | | Michael Moskop | FW (+100)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
Mike was running a Starfleet deck with a mix of Damaged and Future SF people. I went off to a very quick start with a solid opening hand and was off the the races before he had a decent amount of people to get rolling. He ran into a bit of a navigation problem at his 40 point mission which stalled him quite a bit. Combined with cheesy bouncing dilemmas and the usual jazz, Mike wasn't able to get his legs behind him. |
Casey has TOS down to a science. I just couldn't draw the dilemmas I needed to stop him. He ran over me. |
|
Round 3 | | Eric Bieche | FL (-35) |
Eric was running his Borg Dissidents that hes been working on for a while. Dilemma draws were seriously hampering me early on, but I was able to pull off just enough people to stop him at his first mission. I had a small lead, but it quickly evaporated when I blew a Infinite Diversity on an Adapt forgetting I dropped one earlier and Sisko was sniped every time he came out into play. It came close, with Eric stopping my double team at Track Survivors with 2 gorgans. And He had more than enough people and unyielding out to power through anything I could throw at his last attempt. |

Round 4 | | Brian Leonard | FW (+100) |
Brian was rolling Voyager, I had perfect dilemma draws one after another, which stopped his Caretakers array short every time with leaving nothing underneath. After stalling him at Caretakers for 5 or so turns, I was able to power through my missions with the usual ToS style. |
