Playoff tournament round one of four of the Fall/Winter League. This will be a Virtual Starter Deck format. Bring three sealed Decipher booster packs and the Virtual Starter Deck of your choice. In addition, bring a virtual booster pack with 11 cards of your own choice. It must be made up of only Virtual cards with the letter "V" in the card number. Virtual re-prints of non-virtual cards are not valid. You can't use any virtual cards that are already in your Starter Deck. Each virtual card you include must be different (no duplication).
Your starter deck must be sleeved and have actual Decipher Star Trek card backers. Cards from the booster packs may be added and/or exchanged for the ones in the Starter. If we have 10 or more players, we will play four rounds. The link to the Starter Deck page is:
